Coppermoss

I create statement pieces of wearable art jewellery, combining eco silver, copper, brass, leather, gemstones and Jesmonite to produce colourful, sculptural designs. Through techniques including casting, etching, patination and enamelling, I explore texture, form and colour to create jewellery that is both distinctive and expressive.

Alongside my jewellery, I create planetary sculptures that echo the forms, textures and creative themes found in my work.

Inspired by museum collections, ancient jewellery and archaeological treasures, as well as the work of Alexander Calder and Picasso's Constellation drawings, my designs reflect a lifelong fascination with art and adornment. Originally trained as a Theatre Designer at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London, I have worked throughout my career as an artist, designer and educator. Today, I create my jewellery from my home studio in North Shropshire and at The Makery in Shrewsbury Market Hall.
